 General Shipping Information
  • Service Area: We deliver aquarium products and livestock across India, including major cities and towns.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-10 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
  • Non-Live Items: Shipped via reputable courier services such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post. Shipping charges range from ₹50. depending on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Live Animals (Fish, Birds, etc.):
    • Shipping Days: Live animals are typically shipped on specific days (e.g., Monday and Friday) to ensure weekday delivery and minimize transit time.
    • Shipping Methods: Utilizing air cargo, train, or bus services to ensure the safety and quick arrival of live animals.
    • Packaging: All livestock are safely transported in twin bags, each of which is filled with compressed oxygen.
Delivery Time
  • Non-Live Items: Delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Live Animals: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Customers will be informed of the expected delivery schedule upon order confirmation.
Order Tracking
  • A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order is dispatched, allowing customers to monitor their shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather may impact the safe delivery of live animals. In such cases, shipping may be delayed, and customers will be notified accordingly.
 Damages and Issues
  • Non-Live Items: If a product is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Live Animals: In the rare event of Dead on Arrival (DOA), please notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos and videos. We will issue a replacement or store credit as per our Live Arrival Guarantee.
